World TAI Chi/qi gong day 2026
La Posada sponsored the event this year and there was a good turnout..
Marie Aquilino, Linna Liu, John Warriner, Michael Yeager and Carol Welch were the leaders and demonstrators this year.
We started off with everyone doing the 8 pieces of Brocade.
John led the group in Chen silk reeling exercises and then performed the Chen 38 form.
Mike, Linna and Carol performed the Yang 32 Sword Form and the 48 Combination Set.
